This two-storey, five-bedroom, Spanish finca (country house), offering all the romance of old Spain, is situated close to Javea old town and has the impressive Montgo Mountain as its backdrop. A delightful feature of this charming old finca is the pretty inside courtyard with large, built-in barbeque.

Entrance to the villa is through its own gates with ample, secure parking. There are established olive and almond trees in the large garden while palm trees and plenty of sunbathing terraces surround the 10 x 5m swimming pool.

Entrance to the villa is directly into the sitting room with satellite television. Off this room are three bedrooms, two that each contain a double and single bed and one room with a double bed. These bedrooms share a bath / shower room.

The kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, leads to the dining area, the pool and another separate shower room.

Stairs up from the courtyard lead to two further bedrooms, one twin, one single and a bathroom with shower and bath facilities but it should be noted that because these rooms are separate from the main part of the house, they may not be considered suitable for young children.

The villa is situated literally a five-minute walk from the old town of Javea with its market, shops, bars and restaurants and a five minute drive from the blue-flagged Arenal beach.
