This comfortably furnished, spacious and secluded two-storey villa is approached through its own gates and has ample, secure parking. The landscaped garden has a brick-built, barbeque and a 10 x 5m heated pool with roman steps that is surrounded by large terraces. Entrance to this luxury villa is through the front door that leads into a large hallway where, to the left, two twin-bedded rooms sharing bathroom facilities are located. The living room / hall area near these bedrooms is air-conditioned. To the right of the entrance is an impressive dining area with circular table that seats twelve and a beautifully furnished living room with satellite television, and CD player. A large, fully furnished, covered terrace leads off the hall. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with double oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A hall to the right of the living room leads to two further bedrooms, one twin-bedded and one double, sharing a bath / shower room. Stairs from the hallway lead up to an air-conditioned, en-suite master bedroom, and two completely private sun terraces offering magnificent views over Javea valley and the Montgo Mountain. The living room has a gas log fire and central heating is available during the winter months for an additional charge. The BBQ area also has a pool table. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than a mile away. A ten-minute drive brings you to the old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market and the blue-flagged Arenal beach.

I feel I should mention that the pictures on the website simply do not do Villa Barranca justice - it is of a very high standard and the space you have is excellent. It is also very quiet and scenic.
