This bright, modern, two-storey villa, situated in the Capsades area of Javea, stands in secure grounds and offers spectacular views of Javea town, the sea and Montgo mountain, making it the perfect place to enjoy those holiday moments.

The house has a large, terraced area surrounding the 11 x 4,5m swimming pool with roman steps, in which children can safely let off steam and from where those with slightly less energy but who still need to keep an eye open can relax on sun beds and enjoy the view. There is an outside shower, barbecue and several terrace areas for al fresco dining.

Steps down from the covered parking area to the villa lead to the entrance hall, on the right a corridor leads to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and another with twin beds, sharing a shower room and an en-suite double bedroom. From the hall, stairs leads up to an en-suite double bedroom with a solarium terrace. Straight ahead from the entrace is an elegant living room and a dining room comunicating with the kitchen. Large, patio doors lead out to a covered terrace, and to steps down to the pool.

To the left of the hallway is the kitchen, equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Beside is a separate utility room with washing machine. A patio doors lead out to a covered terrace area.

The Elefante Restaurant is within walking distance from the house and Javea's blue-flagged Arenal beach, historic town, harbour and fish market are only a few minutes drive away.
