This delightful two-storey, three-bedroom luxury villa is situated near the village of Benitachell, making it ideally located for the towns and beaches of both Javea and Moraira. There is parking for several vehicles in the extensive, enclosed grounds.

Terraces surround the private 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps, outside shower and toilet. There are ample sun loungers and patio furniture. It has a lawned garden and patio, providing ample space for children and sunbathers, a superb summer kitchen with gas barbecue for 'al-fresco' dining by the pool and a covered terrace for eating in the shade.

Entry is through a spacious covered terrace with beautiful views over the valley and surrounding area, this leads into the modern furnished dining room and lounge that has satellite television and CD player.

A passage leads to the large kitchen, equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms, two double and one twin bedded. The upstairs air conditioned master bedroom has a double bed and large en-suite shower room with bath. The downstairs double and twin rooms are large, and both share a shower room. The twin has air-con.

The old town of Javea, with its weekly open-air market, and the blue-flagged Arenal beach with its many bars, restaurants and shops are about a ten-minute drive away.
