This two-storey, five-bedroom, Spanish finca (country house), offering all the romance of old Spain, is situated close to Javea Town. It stands in secure grounds and offers spectacular views of the town and sea.

The large garden is laid mainly to lawn with a number of paved and patio areas and there are plenty of sun-beds for relaxing around the 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, and taking in the pleasant views. The large, covered terrace affords plenty of shade and comfort for relaxing or enjoying al fresco meals prepared on the built-in, covered barbecue. There is an outside toilet and pool shower.

Entrance to the villa is directly into the sitting room with satellite television. Off this room are two bedrooms, a twin and a double, these share the connecting bath/shower room.

The kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, leads to the dining area, the pool and another separate shower room.

Stairs up from the far end of the sitting room lead to three further bedrooms, two twin, one double and share a bathroom with shower and bath facilities.

Javea town, with its restaurants, shops and beaches is only a five-minute drive away. Further activities such as tennis, bowling, golf and sea sports are also only a few minutes away.

"We stayed in this villa at the end of May 2008. Fantastic villa, the outdoor eating and sitting area was brilliant. Lovely spacious bedrooms, superb views, everything you could possibly want. Four restaurants within walking distance and both the port and beach are only five minutes in the car.You even have your own personal weather forecaster in Mount Montgo unfortunately when we were there he only gave us three days of hot sunny weather but this didn\'t spoil our holiday. Hoping to go back next year to celebrate my 40th Birthday"
