This exceptional, six-bedroom villa, situated in large, private grounds, with it's 11 x 6m pool, Jacuzzi, covered BBQ areas, shady courtyard, terraces and wonderful views of the Montgo Mountain, offers everything for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Located in the Covatelles area of Javea and set in three-quarters of an acre of land, between orchards of orange and lemon groves and mature palms, Villa Alicia is securely enclosed and has been maintained to a high standard.

The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, light and airy and with two levels being completely self-contained, it provides privacy and comfort for a large group or two families wishing to holiday together.

Entrance to the grounds is through gates that lead into a large parking area and secluded inner courtyard, which is partly shaded and furnished for dining.

The large, open plan living / dining room and kitchen has patio doors that lead to the pool. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room and one twin-bedded room with separate bathroom, complete the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs, with both interior and exterior access, comprises of two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and one twin-bedded room sharing a bathroom. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge and sunroom.

A charming little attic on the third floor has a twin-bedded room with wonderful views of the mountains from the terrace.

There are restaurants within walking distance and Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, historical old town and port are a five-minute away by car.
