This very Spanish, three-bedroom, private holiday rental villa is on one level and situated in the established El Rafalet area of Javea. It stands in secure grounds and there is off-road parking.

A large covered terrace overlooks the extensive gardens, which are lawned and ideal for children. The 10 x 5m kidney shaped pool has internal lighting for fun or relaxation on summer evenings. There is an ample terrace for sunbathing.

From the garden, steps lead you up to a roof terrace, which has excellent views across the orange groves to the Montgo Mountain.

The entrance to the villa takes you into the large, comfortably furnished lounge/dining room, which is equipped with television and CD player. Off the living room is the kitchen, equipped with oven and hob, microwave,fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

To the left of the entrance are two twin bedrooms that share a shower room and one double bedroom that has full en-suite facilities.

Javea's wonderful beaches, historic town and fish market are a few minutes drive away by car.
