Entry to the villa is through a large covered terrace with plenty of seating areas. There is a television and DVD player in the spacious open plan dining / living room, accessed from the kitchen, which is equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The hall from the living area takes you through to the bedrooms; two twins that share a bath / shower room and an en-suite double.

There are restaurants within walking distance and Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, historical old town and port are a 5-minute drive away by car.
