Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this superb villa set amongst acres of orange groves in a beautiful, unspoiled valley of Javea, only two kilometres away from Javea town and beach.

This six bedroom, five-bathroom villa which is actually two seperate villas joined together but with seperate entrances, comprises four double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, which share a bathroom. Each bedroom has a television and there is also a wide selection of DVD's and three of the bedrooms have piped music, adjustable in each room. There are two fully equipped kitchens, hosting an oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine and one of the kitchens has a washing machine. There are two sitting rooms both beautifully furnished and both with satellite television.

There is one dining room and three shaded dining areas outside. Throughout, the house is beautifully furnished and every room has the little extras that make this villa so special. The magnificent covered terrace allows you to enjoy the open air and views while dining 'al fresco' or just relaxing. There is also a pool table available.

Alternatively, you can sunbathe beside the large 14m x 4m swimming pool, which is surrounded by lawn. Lights in the pool and around the garden make a beautiful display at night. There is a large, built-in double barbeque. The hedges and fences offer complete privacy and you are welcome to enjoy the fruits grown in the garden when in season such as apples, oranges, lemons, grapes and tomatoes.

Javea town, with its restaurants, shops and beaches is only a five-minute drive away. Further activities such as tennis, bowling, golf and sea sports are also only a few minutes away.
