The fully enclosed, grassed gardens of this three-bedroom villa located in the Toscal area of Javea make it an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of the area or for children to play.

There is a barbeque and covered seating area on the patio surrounding the 10 x 5m pool with roman steps, ample sun loungers and secure parking for several cars.

Entry to the villa is via steps up from the parking area through a light and airy enclosed covered terrace that overlooks the pool, and leading directly into the comfortably furnished, open plan sitting / dining room fitted with cable television. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher; the washing machine is housed separately downstairs.

A hall from the living room leads to two twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Javea town with its blue-flagged beach, shops and restaurants, is a two-minute drive away. The scenic port area is only another couple of minutes away while the historic old town with its traditional narrow streets and indoor and outdoor markets are also close by.
