This private, four-bedroom villa is located close to the golf course in the 'Los Cerezos' area of Javea and offers wonderful views of the Montgo Mountain. It stands in large, secluded grounds and has off-road parking for two cars.

The large, kidney-shaped swimming pool has Roman steps and a spring board. It has a lawned garden and patio, providing ample space for children and sunbathers, a superb summer kitchen / barbecue area for 'al-fresco' dining by the pool and a covered terrace for eating in the shade.

From the front entrance to the villa, you have access to the kitchen and living / dining room. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher; a separate utility room houses the washing machine.

The living / dining room area is large and comfortably furnished and has a television, video and a CD player. From the living room there are patio doors leading to a large terrace that overlooks the pool and from the lounge and kitchen there is access to the garden and pool.

The sleeping accommodation comprises of two doubles, one with en-suite bath and shower facilities, and two twin-bedded rooms that share a bathroom.

There is a large supermarket (Mas y Mas) less than a mile away in Benitachell and the old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market, the port and blue-flagged Arenal beach are just over a five-minute drive away.
