With magnificent panoramic views of Javea town and the Montgo Mountain, this two-bedroom family villa, located in the established, residential area of Covatelles, is about six kilometres from the blue-flagged Arenal beach and all amenities.
There is a built-in barbeque on the ample sun terrace surrounding the 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, and several areas for al fresco dining.
Entry to the villa is directly into an open plan dining / living room that has satellite television and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven and hob, microwave and washing machine.
The two bedrooms, one of which is twin-bedded, the other a double, share a bathroom.
Javea town, the port, harbour and beaches are a five-minute drive away.
