This Spanish finca located in Benitachell beside Javea golf course stands in spacious, secure grounds and has ample private parking. There are established lemon, almond and palm trees and plenty of space in the large garden.
There is a 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, safe areas for children to play and a covered terrace that offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining and a table tennis table.
Entry to the villa is via an air conditioned living room that is equipped with satellite television and CD player. To the left are the one double and one twin en-suite bedrooms and the kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, oven hob and microwave.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
Please note: The owner lives in a seperate part of the house but the pool and gardens are solely for your use and are private.
