This charming, two-storey, three-bedroom villa is situated near the pretty village of Benitachell, making it ideally located for the towns and beaches of both Javea and Moraira. There is parking for several vehicles in the extensive, enclosed grounds.
Terraces with a variety of Mediterranean flowers and shrubs surround the private 10.5m x 5m swimming pool and well maintained garden. There are ample sun loungers and patio furniture and an outside shower and barbecue.
Entry is through a spacious covered terrace, which leads into the comfortably furnished dining room and lounge that has satellite television and CD player.
A passage leads to the large kitchen, equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded. The upstairs master bedroom has a double bed and large en-suite shower room. The twin rooms are large, one with en-suite shower and one with separate shower and bath.
The old town of Javea, with its weekly open-air market, and the blue-flagged Arenal beach with its many bars, restaurants and shops are about a ten-minute drive away.
