Our clients return year after year to Javea, on the sunny Costa Blanca, Spain. Our Javea Villa Rentals are ideal for the perfect holiday, whether you require a restful, relaxing time or an action packed adventure, Javea and Star Villas will provide it. First class golf courses, bridge clubs, bowls clubs, horse riding and all types of sea activities are all within easy access of Javea and all along the Costa Blanca coast.
Within easy reach of your villa you will find safe sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. All along the coast are pretty fishing villages, local markets and places of interest. The ever popular bustling resort of Benidorm is only half an hour away as is the Terra Mitica theme park. Just a little further are the more sophisticated city's of Valencia and Alicante.
Prices of our villas are per week and include all cleaning, sheets, and towels, and if you are here for a second week a change of all linen (excluding long term winter rentals). One of us, Paul, Brian or Marta, will visit you at the villa, normally within a couple of hours of your arrival to check you have everything you need to ensure a perfect holiday. Anything you wish to improve your holiday, please let us know and we will attempt to provide it.
We recommend the following sequence of events. Browse this web site to find a suitable villa. Reserve your chosen villa. Book your flights. (Links to all the major airlines can be found on the flights page). Having made your flight arrangements, make your deposit payment, to secure your holiday villa booking.
You will notice that as soon as you reserve your villa it is marked on our web site as reserved, and you will immediately receive an email to that effect. We are happy to hold this reservation for up to 5 days to enable you to confirm your flight booking and post your deposit. After 5 days you will receive an automatic email. If you have already sent a deposit or wish to proceed with your booking, please email us so that we can extend your reservation. You may pay on-line using the safe and secure Paypal system, make a bank transfer, or send us a cheque. Once your deposit is received we will confirm your holiday villa as booked.
Car hire is recommended, Victoria Cars offer a selection of excellent value rental cars, available for collection at Alicante, Valencia or Murcia airports, enabling easy access to your villa, no matter what time your inward flight arrives. Travel time from Alicante airport to Javea is approximately one hour, along the un-congested A7 motorway. From Valencia airport allow an hour and a quarter, again a relaxed and easy journey along the Mediterranean motorway.
